Manufacturing method of horizontal continuous iron casting machine: strict selection of raw materials after melting treatment of molten iron into the holding furnace, molten iron into high purity graphite mould installed under the holding furnace body, and was chilled solidified into a certain intensity of housing, with the tractor drawing molding material. The molten iron in the holding furnace is constantly cooled and solidified at the same time as the tractor draws, thus producing cast iron profiles.
